Production Supervisor (Rayong)

Location : Eastern Seaboard Rayong

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the day to day operation of all production in order to achieve production objectives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1     Liaise with the Factory manager with regard to the production planning for each production department.

2.    Liaise with Production Foreman of each department to ensure that the production requirements set in the production plan are achieved.

3.    Inform the Factory manager of any deviation from the planned production or any problem which will affect product quality or    productivity. Act accordingly to resolve any problems that may arise.

4.    To check all in-coming raw materials and packaging materials to ensure that they conform with Sika (Thailand) requirements and report     any deviation to the Factory manager.

5.    Take samples of all in-coming raw materials and pass to the Q.C.  Laboratory for testing and approval.

6.    Ensure that all in-coming raw materials are correctly identified by means of labels, etc.  and that they have the appropriate Q.C.  sticker.

7.    Periodically check the recorded stock levels of materials and   packaging which be provided by Factory Administrator against actual     stock and reconcile as necessary.

8.    Discuss and recommend practical ideas which can be made to improve efficiency and productivity                       generally.

9.  Make sure that all production equipment and associated machinery is kept in good   working    order.

10.Motivate and enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with established policies and standards

11 . Perform other duties as assigned by the Factory manager.

    12. Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF 16949  and ISO50001 including the rules of company.
