Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination and Management:
    • Coordinate projects, exercise progress control, and provide regular reporting.
    • Actively engage in project management and customer interaction.
    • Propose and execute appropriate tests for project achievement and problem-solving.
  2. Technical Support and Innovation:
    • Provide technical support through specific and innovative solutions to meet customer demands.
    • Establish and spread "Best Demonstrated Practice" solutions within the Sika group.
    • Aspire to enlarge technology leadership by identifying trends and implementing new standards.
  3. Customer Interaction and Training:
    • Visit customers to propose technical solutions and gather project requirements.
    • Train sales teams and customers on new products and applications.
    • Propose plans for PCP, TTP, and PMP that meet customer needs.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Arrange and report on application trials and field tests.
    • Support sales departments in the case of complaints/claims.
    • Collaborate with relevant team members to create technical materials.
  5. Market Trends and Technology:
    • Obtain market trends and new technologies from associations and institutes.

    • 顧客訪問を通じて技術的なソリューションを提案し、プロジェクト要件を収集。
    • 新製品および新アプリケーションに関するトレーニングをセールスチームおよび顧客に提供。
    • 顧客のニーズに応じたPCP、TTP、およびPMPの計画を提案。
  4. 文書作成と報告:
    • アプリケーション試験およびフィールドテストの手配と報告。
    • クレーム/苦情が発生した場合の営業部門のサポート。
    • 関連チームメンバーと協力して技術資料を作成。
  5. 市場動向とテクノロジー:
    • 協会や研究所からの市場動向や新技術の入手。

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Degree in engineering, chemistry, material science, civil engineering, architect, or similar
  • Experience of technical proposal role to customers as TS, sales, or R&D
  • Proficient in English (reading and writing).
  • Motivated, hands-on, and confident in customer interactions
  • Ability to translate technical arguments and values into simple Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
  • Team player with excellent communication skills within a matrix organization (TS, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Region/Corporate).
