  • Identify, approach, and onboard new retail partners to expand Sika's market presence.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Set clear sales targets for retail stores and implement action plans to achieve them.
  • Provide ongoing training and product knowledge to retail partners to ensure proper representation of Sika products.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess product placement, competitor activities, and store performance.
  • Develop and track sales performance metrics for the retail network and report progress to senior management.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns tailored to retail stores.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and proper merchandising at all retail outlets.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to adjust strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, technical) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by retail partners promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all agreements and partnerships with retail stores comply with company policies and standards.
  • Stay updated on construction chemicals market trends and identify opportunities for Sika to gain competitive advantage in the retail sector.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction materials, building products, or retail sector.
  • Proven track record in developing retail channels and managing external retail partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Egypt.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic.
