As a competent partner, it supports the business and the local IT organizations to develop the next generation of innovative digital solutions. The Service Line Infrastructure Services is responsible for Sika’s global IT services such as network, active directory, and digital workplace.

For our team, we are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Manager to join our growing in Zurich-Altstetten.

You will be responsible for:

- Responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of IT service processes 

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and services 

- Coordinating and managing external IT service providers 

- Further development and documentation of IT support processes 

- Conducting service review meetings with customers and stakeholders 

- Creating and monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) 

- Analyzing and solving IT problems and continuously improving service quality 

- Ensuring the quality of all IT infrastructure data in ServiceNow 

- Consolidating and presenting all IT infrastructure data for all internal customers 

- Ensuring a coordinated IT infrastructure in accordance with business requirements 

- Oversee IT infrastructure changes to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruptions. 

- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency in IT service management processes 

Your expertise - Our strength

- Degree in computer science or comparable qualification 

- Several years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in IT infrastructure operations 

- Sound knowledge of ITIL and/or IT service management frameworks 

- Experience with IT service processes with a focus on infrastructure.  

- Knowledge of service and/or project management 

- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset 

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills 

- Experience with ServiceNow desirable
